Two More Simple Christmas Cards

With the new, more relaxed schedule at OnlineCardClasses, I was able to complete two more Christmas cards inspired by the Day 1 “Creative Insides” samples today (this time, Kristina’s Gift Card Pocket Card).

The first one uses stamps from the “Decorate Your Holidays” set by Hero Arts, washi tape from Little B, and the “Snowflake Background” embossing folder by Darice.

The ornament, stamped in Garden Green ink by Stampin’ Up, is coated with Wink of Stella clear glitter and strung up using silver metallic twine from Two Berry Creative.

The second card uses a die-cut poinsettia leftover from this card, a sentiment from the Wplus9 “Silver Bells” set embossed in white, and the same silver metallic twine.  The Neenah Desert Storm panel was embossed using the “Diagonal Stripes” folder from Darice.
Thanks for stopping by and I’d love to hear your comments!

Love that ornament card. You did a good job on both cards, and I’m planning to try that embossing folder technique, too. Think it looks classy.

These are both lovely – really like your color combination! I especially like that green ornament.

  3. Wow, your cards are beautiful! Love the way you used twine to hang the ornament. Great job!
