Happy Sunday friends! I’m back today with another peek at some of the beautiful new floral stamps released in the Rubbernecker store this month. With both color layering and outline image options, this gorgeous new release has something for every flower lover out there!
I loved the details in the beautiful floral swag from the Sweetest Sunrise Stamp Set and thought it would look so elegant embossed in gold with just a touch of color added. To keep the focus on this bold image, I added just a simple frame and tone-on-tone background to complete the card.
- Stamp the floral image from the Sweetest Sunrise Stamp Set in Versamark Ink onto Bristol Smooth Cardstock, add gold embossing powder, and melt with a heat tool.
- Color the image using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens and cut it out with the coordinating die.
- Trim a piece of kraft cardstock to 4″ x 5.25″.
- Stamp the Graduated Horizontal Stripe Background onto the kraft panel using Mocha Ink for a tone-on-tone effect.
- Once dry, stamp a sentiment from the Sweetest Sunrise Stamp Set onto the background panel in Versamark Ink, add white embossing powder, and melt with a heat tool.
- Die cut Mirror Gold Cardstock using the Rectangle Combo #4 Die and keep the second largest frame, reserving the others for future projects.
- Adhere the background panel to a top-folding A2-sized white card base using tape runner.
- Add the gold frame on top with foam adhesive.
- Adhere the floral bunch on top with more foam adhesive, tucking the stem behind the frame.
- Add gold rhinestones around the flowers to embellish.
