Heartfelt Collection by Rosie’s Studio

Happy Wednesday friends!  I’m excited to share a couple of projects today made with the new Heartfelt Collection by Rosie’s Studio from Spellbinders (you can check out the rest of the March Release here!).  This collection contains beautiful papers and embellishments as well as an adorable scooter die set perfect for creating sweet cards for any occasion.  Here I’ve used the Ciao Die Set to create a bright and cheery love card, but be sure to check out the sneak peek below for several more project ideas!

After cutting the scooter and balloons out of several bright colors of cardstock, I adhered everything together with liquid glue and foam adhesive for tons of dimension.  I trimmed a piece of patterned paper from the Rainbow Twirl Paper Pack down to 4″ x 5.25″ and adhered it to a top-folding A2-sized white card base before adding a sweet arch background cut using the Make A Wish Arch Labels Die Set.  To finish off the card, I foiled a sentiment in silver using the Must-Have Sentiments Glimmer Plate Set, cut it out with the coordinating die, and popped it up in the corner with foam adhesive.

CUTE DINOSAUR CARD

And I had to share one more card made with a fun freebie die set available from March 28th to the 31st with any purchase in the Spellbinders shop of $75 or more – Hand Drawn Stars.  Four sweet stars and a shadow layer are included in this deal and I thought they would be adorable on this card for my daughter.  After cutting a piece of white cardstock with one of the Mirrored Arch Labels Dies, I inked a pretty background using Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, Squeezed Lemonade, Mowed Lawn, and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink.

I glued the stars onto the inked background with liquid glue and then popped the panel up on top of a piece of white cardstock that I had embossed with the Monoline Stars Embossing Folder.  After diecutting Waterfall and Teal Topaz Cardstock with the Birthday Dinosaur Die Set and assembling him with liquid glue, I added him to the front of the card with foam adhesive along with a sentiment from the All Star Sentiments Die Set.
