Joyful Christmas Card Kit from Spellbinders

Happy Friday friends!  If you were wondering what happened to this month’s card kit from Spellbinders…well, it got delayed in shipping like so many other things lately, but it’s here now!  The Joyful Christmas Card Kit was originally planned to be released with the November Cardmaking Club, but is being offered à la carte now that it is in stock.  And I’m so glad I can share it now because it really is a gorgeous kit!

Full of gorgeous papers, sweet die-cuts, a beautiful layered poinsettia die set, and a pretty snow globe stamp set, the Joyful Christmas Card Kit is just so fun and easy to create with.  Today I’m sharing four cards made with a variety of the kit contents, but I could have easily made tons more!

The thing I always grab to work with first from the kit each month is the die set…every set seems more beautiful and useful than the last!  There are 11 dies included in this kit that cut both layered winter florals and a gorgeous loopy frame.  I cut the cardstock included to form this pretty bouquet and added it to a card front made from some of the patterned paper.  To finish it off, I added a puffy sticker sentiment and some fun epoxy dots.

Next I wanted to work with the beautiful images in the stamp set.  After stamping a little church inside of the snow globe using black ink, I colored them in with Copic markers and fussycut them out.  Then I die cut a little shelf and some greenery for the snow globe using the dies in the kit and added them in the center of a card front created with patterned paper and poinsettia die cut shapes.  Finally, I embossed a sentiment from the stamp set in gold and popped it up around the other elements of the card.

There are so many beautiful die cut shapes this time around too!  I created a little gingerbread village scene here with some of my favorites layered over some pretty patterned paper.  The tiny puffy sticker sentiment was the perfect finishing touch.

Lastly, I couldn’t ignore all of the adorable winter critters in the kit so I added them to a sweet Christmas forest scene for this easy card.  A couple of metallic stars in the sky and another tiny puffy sticker sentiment was all that I used to embellish this one.

I hope you enjoyed this look at the Joyful Christmas Card Kit and thanks so much for stopping by.  You can grab this kit now from Spellbinders and create tons of beautiful and easy cards just in time for the holidays!  And don’t miss the Black Friday Blowout Sale that just started yesterday with up to 50% off on some seriously gorgeous dies, stamps, and more!
